Cancellation Policy
Car Rental Terms and Conditions: 1. Delivery/Drop-Off and Mandatory Documents • The airport pickup service is provided by a representative who will be waiting for you with a sign bearing the renter's name at the terminal exit (Gate 5). • Flight information for airport pickup is essential so that our representatives can arrive on time. • Upon car collection, customers (aged 21 to 75) must present a valid driver's license from their home country, a valid passport, and a valid credit card in the driver's name. • After signing the rental agreement, an inspection of the rental vehicle will be conducted between the driver/renter and our representatives. • All visible defects and the fuel level must be recorded and signed by both parties. • At the end of the rental period, an inspection will be performed upon return of the rental vehicle in the presence of our representatives. • The inspection form must be duly signed by both parties to avoid any disputes that may arise later. • It is the renter's responsibility to sign the inspection form, otherwise the renter will be responsible for any additional costs at a later stage. 2. Delivery and Collection Fees Cars are delivered and collected free of charge at the airport and anywhere else on the island. However, changing the location after booking confirmation may incur additional charges. 3. Fuel Policy • The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as provided at the start of the rental; otherwise, the customer will be charged for the missing fuel, and a refueling fee will apply. • No refunds will be issued for unused fuel. 4. Use of the Vehicle • We ensure that each vehicle is delivered in excellent condition, clean, roadworthy, and insured. • You must return the vehicle to the location you specified, on the date and time specified in this agreement, and in the same condition as you received it, except for normal wear and tear. 5. Changes/Cancellations: No fees will be charged for changes to your reservation 24 hours before the start of your rental unless it is a cancellation (see the general terms and conditions of sale).
