Dolphin Immersion in Mauritius: Every morning, on the west coast of Mauritius, we have the privilege of encountering wild dolphins who come close to socialize, relax, and play. Mauritius is home to two species of dolphins: bottlenose dolphins and spinner dolphins. We are usually lucky enough to observe one or the other, although sometimes we're lucky enough to see both! We are deeply passionate about these marine creatures, and our goal is to guide our guests through this life-changing experience with passion and respect. Each excursion begins with a detailed safety briefing, rules for respectful interaction with the dolphins, and schedules, including 6:15 a.m. in winter and 5:30 a.m. in summer for a peaceful and respectful morning interaction. For 60 to 90 minutes, we observe and swim with the dolphins before heading to our favorite snorkeling spot, a veritable natural aquarium teeming with tropical marine life: colorful fish, coral, starfish, and other marine treasures. Our final stop takes us to the famous Crystal Rock, a fragile coral formation in the heart of crystal-clear waters in the White Lagoon. Departures are from our office at L'Estuaire in Black River. We provide all the necessary snorkeling equipment and serve homemade banana bread in the morning for your comfort. A little tip: maintain a calm and positive energy, as dolphins can sense your presence thanks to their human-like emotional intelligence! Please note that the number and behavior of dolphins may vary from day to day, as they are unpredictable wild animals. Our team adapts to provide a memorable interaction experience, although we cannot guarantee encounters in advance. You'll also have the opportunity to add your own underwater photos and videos taken by our photographer guides equipped with the latest GoPro cameras. Each boat can accommodate up to 8 people. Cancellation Policy
